MET KIDS PURPOSE
Our purpose is for Kids to experience a life transformed through an authentic and growing personal relationship with Jesus. In this journey of discovering their faith, kids will engage in four core connections: with Christ, with parents, with leaders and with other kids.
MET KIDS MINISTRIES
Met Kids Ministries provides an “exciting” Christ-centered environment for children to “explore” the love of Jesus and develop an “extreme” love for Him.
 |
Excite Ministry
(6 weeks – 5 years)
Kids are introduced to the “exciting” truth that there is an author and creator of everything ( Colossians 1:15-16 ); and there is something greater than themselves. God is love and He loves them. He created them for a purpose (Psalms 139:14).

Explore Ministry
(Kindergarten – 2nd grade)
Kids “explore” God’s love for them through the cross ( Romans 5:8 ). God is relational and desires a relationship with each of them ( 1 Timothy 2:3-4 ).

 |
Extreme Ministry
(3rd grade – 5th grade)
Kids develop an “extreme” love for Christ and desire to live in accordance with God’s will for their lives ( 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 ). The kids’ “extreme” love for Christ translates to their desire and willingness to spread the good news of the Gospel ( Matthew 28:18-20 ).

Special Needs Ministry
This ministry provides a safe and nurturing environment for children with special needs so they can learn and experience the love of Christ. (Psalms 139:14). Children with special needs may receive a “shadow” volunteer who will provide one on one focus for each child. Currently, the special needs ministry is offered during our Saturday service at 5:00pm. If you have a child that may benefit from the special needs ministry, then please contact us at

MET KIDS RESOURCES
In an effort to partner with parents in ministering to their children. Parents of elementary aged kids will receive a “Chatterbox” document and “GodTime” cards at the conclusion of each weekend service. The Chatterbox document provides parents with a brief summary of biblical concepts learned each weekend and will help parents engage in their child’s spiritual development. The GodTime cards are daily devotionals that re-enforce biblical concepts learned the previous weekend.
Parents of preschool kids aged 3-5 will receive a "Small Talk" document which provides parents with the same thing as the elementary documents described above.
All of these critical resources are also available here online for you to download should you ever miss a weekend service. We look forward to partnering with you in ministering to your child.
