Welcome to Met Men, the men’s ministry of the Met Church! The mission of Met Men is to biblically train and equip men to be spiritual leaders in their homes, in the church and in their places of business. Our goal is to walk along side you and encourage you in your faith.
Our desire is to connect men of all ages and stages to God and to one another through biblical studies, fellowship events, support groups and community outreach. Met Men is a network of men from diverse backgrounds and stages in life who are intensely focused on becoming better men. We band together to affirm God’s gifting and calling and to cheer one another on in the more noble things of life as we positively impact and influence our world.
What is Met Men all about?
-
Clear Vision – honest evaluation of how God has uniquely equipped each man and an understanding of how these strengths can help us in our church life, our home life and our work life.
-
High Standards – code of conduct each man establishes for himself as he earnestly seeks to be a man of character and integrity.
-
True Friends – authentic men who invest in one another, have outrageous fun together and point out potential potholes and pitfalls to avoid.
We strive to do this through weekly Bible Studies and Special Events held throughout the year. Click here for more information on our newest Bible study, Winning at Work and at Home, which begins September 7th.
