Our Missions Team meets at 6:00pm on the first Wednesday of each month in Adult Classroom C. We welcome you to come and be a part of this exciting ministry! Our next Missions Meeting is Wednesday, September 1st at 6:00pm in Adult Classroom C. Back to School Wishes for Christ’s Haven A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in "Back to School Wishes" for the children of Christ's Haven. At last count the Met church provided over $11,000 in gift cards, new clothing and school supplies!
Food for the Soul Thanks to our Met Church family for the generous donations of gently used clothing. The response has been overwhelming! The distribution planned for this Saturday, August 28th, has been moved to the Sterling Building and will be handled on an appointment basis. Agape Meal Join us the 2nd Thursday of each month at Broadway Baptist to serve the Agape Meal to the homeless. This worthwhile service opportunity allows you to serve and share our homeless community with your whole family (kids may serve with parents). Get ready to be blessed! 1st time volunteers arrive at 5:15pm. All others arrive by 5:30-5:45. Serve until 7:30. Our next opportunity to serve is Thursday, September 9th.
