It is our desire to move people from the “congregation” to the “core”; people who have developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and are committed to His work in their local church. The basic steps to membership at The Met Church are:
1. Accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. Click here for more information on starting a relationship with Jesus Christ.
 2. Baptism: Baptism does not make you a believer - it shows that you already believe. Baptism does not “save” you, only your faith in Christ does that. Baptism is like a wedding ring - it is the outward symbol of the commitment that you have made in your heart.
The first Wednesday of every month at 7pm in our Worship Wednesday service we celebrate Baptism. This is one of the highlights each month at The Met as we see men, women and children going public with their faith.  3. "Met Connection Membership Class" is a class designed to help you understand what The Met believes and what we require for membership. This class meets every Sunday morning during the 11:00am service. Childcare is provided.
