Our weekend services are specially designed to create a loving, Christ-centered environment for every child. Children in the Excite (ages 6wks-5yrs) ministry will learn about the Bible and God’s love for them through age-appropriate games, songs, crafts, and Bible lessons. Children in the Explore (grades K-2nd) and Extreme (grades 3rd-5th) ministries will experience an active, high-energy environment that teaches kids about biblical truths through creative and culturally relevant games, songs, skits, and Bible lessons.

 Bap-tism (n) - The act of obedience where a person shows others they have joined God’s team by putting their faith in Jesus Christ.
At The Met, we conduct baptisms once a month on Worship Wednesday (the first Wednesday of every month). Children that have placed their faith in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior and are interested in being baptized will meet with at least one parent and the Children’s Pastor for a baptism counseling meeting.
