SPOTLIGHT MISSIONS

April's Met Mission: Buyamba Uganda Sponsorship Drive

During the month of April, we will be holding our annual Sponsorship Drive in support of the children at God Cares Schools in Uganda, East Africa. Buyamba Uganda is a non-profit corporation organized to support the orphaned and disadvantaged children of Uganda. The Met Family currently sponsors 176 children and we hope to grow that number again this year. Visit the Met Missions Buyamba Uganda booth in the foyer to find out how you can be part of this life-changing initiative. You’ll also be able to participate in our Banana Grove Project through sponsorship of banana plants to be planted by our Mission Team when they travel to Uganda this July. Our goal of 300 banana plants will provide 2 bananas per week for each of the over 1,000 children at God Cares Schools.
