About My Trip
For me Colton, I don't have words to express how grateful I am to have been chosen to go to Uganda and serve God. I know that he has something great for me. I want to go to Uganda because Jesus paid the ultimate sacrifice for me and I know that I could never repay him, but if I can go be a vessel for him I would love that. I also want to go because my family has been sponsoring two amazing kids in Uganda that I have always wanted to meet. In June, the oldest will be a senior and it is my last opportunity to meet him. So I can’t think of a better time to go than now. I pray I will know what to say to my brothers in Africa when I first meet them! Thank you for helping me.
For me CJ, The most rewarding thing about this trip is the opportunity to serve God and the people of Uganda. God has been very good to me and my family and I feel like this is an opportunity to give back and help in the construction of the woman's shelter near God Cares School. I plan on giving every ounce of my time and energy when I am away to do what I believe I have been called to do. While doing so, I am going to be able to serve God with my oldest son Colton Jack. He is 14 years old and Paige and I are super excited and proud of his drive to do such a wonderful thing in serving God as a missionary. I am honored to be with him on this journey. This may be the biggest things I have ever done, and having my sons desire to serve God to take me there as well is truly an honor.
Your donations and prayers are needed. Donations are tax deductible and moreover, deeply appreciated. We thank you in advance for your support - we are so fortunate to serve thanks to you.
